The current economic context poses huge challenges to all sectors and industries in Africa. Procurement professionals need to understand better how to focus on cost control and risk management through effective negotiations and contracts management. It’s about doing more with less and procurement leaders need to get better at negotiating and getting the costs out of the business.

This additional day of masterclasses allowed delegates to explore different approaches on how procurement leaders can drive efficiency and performance by reshaping their risk management capability.
